Gabe has been involved in single-family rentals since 2017 and has over fifteen years of experience working in investment management, forging long-term relationships with clients of all sizes.

Before founding Rosabel Capital Partners, LLC in 2021, Gabe worked most recently as Director of Capital Partnerships for North America for Henderson Park Capital.

Before Henderson Park, Gabe was a real estate consultant with Pension Consulting Alliance (now Meketa Group) based in Portland, OR, helping align interests between GPs and LPs; some of his clients included the largest pension plans in the US, including CalSTRS, CalPERS, OPERF, TX ERS, HI-EUTF, and others. Gabe was also an LP with large Public Plans in Illinois. Gabe started his career at Northern Trust in the OCIO division of the asset management group of the Bank in Chicago.

Gabe lives in Austin with his wife and two little girls. Gabe is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), attended Georgetown University for his Masters and the University of South Carolina.
